There are lots of things to do in the Aberystwyth area. The market town of Aberystwyth has many places to eat out, a good Leisure Centre, museum and the Arts Center. The surrounding countryside has plenty of interest for family outings or for school groups wishing to study the Environment. The foresty centres abound in wildlife, there are the fish ladders and a hydro-electric scheme in the Rheidol valley, and there is much opportunity within a few miles of studying the marine environment.
