The estate is situated in 22 acres of wood and farmland in the Rheidol valley three miles from the University Town of Aberystwyth. Close to the sea and within easy reach of the Cambrian Mountains, there is plenty to explore (or study). For the days you want to be inside then Aberystwyth has much to offer, from the National Library of Wales and the Arts Centre to the shops, museum and cinema of the town.
